A Jacksboro native, Reid Spiller returned to his hometown after graduating from Baylor University (B.B.A., 2016) and Baylor Law School (J.D., 2019) to serve the community that shaped him.

Reid maintains an active litigation and transactional practice covering a broad spectrum of civil matters, including real estate disputes, probate and estate administration, business formation and commercial litigation, creditor-debtor issues, family law, municipal and healthcare law, and criminal defense. He has served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Jacksboro and as General Counsel for the Jack County Hospital District since 2019.

Reid is a thoughtful advocate who approaches each case with focus and care. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and is committed to helping them navigate legal challenges with sound judgment and steady representation.

In addition to his legal work, Reid serves as Vice President of Spiller Title, where he routinely advises on and facilitates real estate transactions across Jack County. His dual role as litigator and title professional gives clients comprehensive support in both real estate conflicts and closings.

Reid has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2024 and 2025—an honorable distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state who demonstrate excellence in practice and peer recognition.

He is also deeply involved in the Jacksboro community. Reid is an executive member of the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce, a trustee on the Jack County Museum Board, and currently serves on the executive board of the Jacksboro Education Foundation.
