Mason Spiller is a partner at Spiller & Spiller, where he maintains one of the most diverse legal practices in North Texas. A graduate of Baylor University (B.A., 2011) and Baylor Law School (J.D., 2016), Mason returned to his hometown of Jacksboro to serve clients throughout the region with skill, dedication, and a deep commitment to community.

Mason’s practice spans civil litigation, family law, probate and estate disputes, real estate, business and commercial matters, condemnation, oil and gas, and criminal defense. Known for his strategic advocacy, meticulous preparation, and trial-tested approach, he delivers client-centered solutions in both contentious and collaborative settings.

As a Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA) Advanced Credentialed Mediator, Mason has successfully mediated hundreds of cases across the state and is frequently sought after to resolve complex disputes. His track record of success extends from the courtroom to the negotiation table and arbitration forum.

Since 2016, Mason has served as General Counsel for both the City of Jacksboro and the Jack County Hospital District. He is a member of the Texas Bar College and the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, recognized for his service to low-income Texans. In addition, he serves as Vice President of the Jacksboro ISD Board of Trustees and is a past President of the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce. Mason and Spiller & Spiller have been repeatedly honored by the Jacksboro community, earning recognition as Best Attorney and Best Law Firm in Jack County.
Mason has also been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.

Outside the office, Mason’s life is deeply rooted in faith, family, and community. His wife, Alex, is a first-grade teacher at Jacksboro Elementary School, and together they are active members of the First Baptist Church of Jacksboro. They are proud parents to their two children, John Shepherd and Caroline Sloane.
